All Gift items and Gift baskets shipped from our facility will arrive with exact or similar contents as seen in our on-line photos and descriptions. In the rare case that an item is out of stock, we will replace it with one of equal or greater value at our discretion with no additional charge. Fruit baskets may vary from their original online presentation and description due to location and availability. We reserve the right to substitute fruit of like appearance and value. Shipping Information and Fees
All Baskets are shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS. To expedite your package, you will have to upgrade your shipping method and your credit card will be charged for the appropriate fees. Shipping Times: 99.7% of our baskets ship the same business day if ordered by 1 pm eastern time. Orders received before 1:00 pm Eastern Standard Time will be shipped out the same day, orders received after 1:00 pm, Eastern Standard Time will be processed and shipped the next business day. You may log onto your account to receive your tracking number to track your package at any time. Free Shipping and Coupons discounts cannot be used together for orders.
You must be 21 years of age and older to purchase gift baskets containing wine or beer.
We will ship all orders based on the customers’ requirements, but we cannot guarantee UPS, FedEx or USPS will deliver on a specified date since they are a third-party service. We will assist in all deliveries communicating with UPS, FedEx or USPS. We are not responsible if UPS, FedEx or USPS does not deliver a basket on time. The Buyer is able to file a claim with UPS, FedEx or USPS directly for any delivery issues. Buyer is always welcome to return the gift basket/gift item for a refund with 15 days.
If a basket is shipping to a hospital or Hotel, we cannot guarantee that the basket will arrive prior to the patient or guest check date and/or time. Picking up of the basket is the full responsibility of the Buyer. UPS will not pick up the package and reship to a new location. UPS or FedEx only ships to addresses not PO boxes. Same UPS, FedEx or USPS Rules apply for New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.
United States-Domestic Shipping:
You will be provided with an estimated delivery date on all ground orders. Please note that this is only an estimated delivery date; you will need to choose an expedited shipping method at a higher rate to guarantee a specific delivery date.
Adult signatures are required for all gifts containing wine. All other gifts are sent without a required signature; occasionally the courier may determine that the location is not safe to leave an unattended package and will attempt delivery at a later date.

We provide in house, same day local delivery to over 200 zip codes in Maryland and Washington DC. The cut off time for same day delivery to all local areas is 11:00 am EST. We may still be able to accommodate same day delivery requests to many local areas up to 2:00 pm EST.
