Product Substitutions
Substitution of A Basket or Product
At times a basket shown might be out of stock, we reserve the right to substitute the basket of similar size to hold the same products as the one chosen. Also, if an item is out of stock or a selected wine or beer, we will always substitute the product for a product of equal or higher value.
If the item you chose is unavailable or does not meet your standards, an item of greater value may be substituted. Chocolate(s) in our gift baskets may be replaced with other gourmet items of equal or greater value from May through September, due to warmer weather during this time period. These substitutions are done to ensure our clients receive the freshest, the best quality and a great product presentation.

Billing
Payment for all order except for established corporate accounts is due at the time the order is placed. We accept, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Diners Club and PayPal
Corporate Accounts
Monthly billing for corporate accounts can be arranged.
Coupons / Discount Codes
Coupon codes may not be used with other coupon codes (stacked) and will not be accepted on any baskets with free shipping.
